Cavallett's Ice Cream Mart opened its doors on Million Dollar Highway in 1952, when a spoonful of homemade ice cream was the kind of thing that made a summer day. That hasn't changed.
Today, the third generation keeps the same commitment: real dairy cream, locally sourced fruit when it's in season, and recipes that haven't needed adjusting in seventy years.
We're not a chain. We're the place your neighbors have been coming to for decades — and we'd be honored if you joined them.
The Flavors
Our menu changes with the seasons. What stays the same is the standard: every batch is made fresh, in small batches, from the same recipes.
Classic Vanilla Bean
Madagascar vanilla, real cream, a touch of vanilla. Our most ordered flavor, every single season.
Double Chocolate
Belgian cocoa, chocolate chunks, and a fudge swirl. Not for the faint of heart.
Seasonal Fruit
Strawberry in June, peach in August, blackberry in September. We follow what the region gives us.
Frozen Custard
Denser than ice cream, smoother than soft serve. Our custard is churned slowly for that velvet texture.
Peanut Butter Ripple
House-made peanut butter, roasted peanuts, and a salted caramel ribbon. Our secret recipe.
